As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping costs from your shipping address to the online store. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@kidstech.world.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to test and inspect the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and package it properly for return.
